These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Piko and related services (the "Service") provided by Astral Horizon Labs L.L.C. ("Astral Horizon Labs", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
Violate rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code, or interfere with Service integrity.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
Use the Service in violation of third-party platform rules, including Meta/WhatsApp policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party providers (including payment, hosting, analytics, and messaging services). Your use of third-party features may be subject to separate terms and policies from those providers.

5. Fees and Payments

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content provided by us, is owned by Astral Horizon Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely as needed to operate and support the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions necessary for your submitted content.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a security risk, legal requirement, or risk of harm to the Service or others.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral Horizon Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astral Horizon Labs from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective date and, where legally required, provide additional notice.
